Bernie Mac Laid to Rest in Chicago

The cast of The Bernie Mac Show attend the funeral of the fallen King of Comedy

Over 7,000 fans of Bernie Mac attended the actor/comedians funeral services which were held at a church on the South Side of Chicago Saturday. Mac's friends and colleagues memorialized the comedy legend including Cedric the Entertainer who said:

"This dude," said the comedian and actor, "is a very, very popular guy. You know y'all were like, 'Let me get four tickets to the funeral!' He's still the hottest ticket in town!"

Attendees included Chris Rock, Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer, Jesse Jackson and Tom Joyner among many many others.
